I am a helper by nature – this trait has accompanied me throughout my life. Already after high school, I felt a strong pull toward psychology and understanding the inner world of people, but life initially took me in a different direction. I earned a university degree in social work, though I did not work directly in that field. Instead, I turned to entrepreneurship, where I had the opportunity to create something more than just a workplace.
As an entrepreneur, I have spent the past 15 years building a development platform for nearly 50 people with very different needs and stories – from young individuals searching for their first professional direction to those needing support in rebuilding self-confidence, learning social skills, or finding new meaning. I have always believed that growth and change begin with connection – when someone listens and sees you.
The desire to take helping others to a more professional and intentional level led me to ISCI, where I completed training in supervision and coaching. I see this not as a stand-alone course, but as part of a broader journey connected to my deeper calling – to support people in a way that is ethical, responsible, and sustainable.
In recent years, I have also advanced my training in counseling, completed a relevant course, and undertaken three out of five years of studies in Gestalt psychotherapy. Additionally, I have studied systemic family therapy, which has given me a better understanding of how individuals function as part of their close networks and social systems.
In my work, trust, presence, and genuine connection are essential. I believe that the answers lie within each person – my role is to help bring those answers to light, support clarity, and move together toward meaningful change.
