How I work and what to expect from our conversations

You are welcome just as you are. Our conversation is a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where you don’t need to hide anything or give the “right” answers. I believe that real change begins when you can be honest — with yourself and with others.

I work as a counsellor and am currently training to become a gestalt psychotherapist. This means my approach is practical, presence-focused, and supportive. I draw on the principles of gestalt therapy and am also studying systemic family therapy, which offers insights into how relationships and family patterns shape our lives. I use an integrative approach — including metaphor cards, coaching and art therapy tools to help you discover new perspectives and solutions.

What to expect:

  • We meet online, which allows you to join from a comfortable and familiar environment.
  • Each session lasts 50 minutes and focuses on what is most important to you right now.
  • We can work short-term or long-term, depending on your needs and wishes.
  • Confidentiality: Everything we discuss is completely private to ensure a trustworthy and effective collaboration.
  • I work in Estonian, English, Russian, and Swedish.
  • The price for one session is €70.

Our conversation is not rigid or based on a fixed system — it flows naturally, shaped by your needs and current situation. Sometimes we focus on expressing emotions and thoughts, other times we explore deeper patterns and behaviours that influence you. My goal is not to give you ready-made answers, but to support you in understanding yourself better and finding inner balance.
