Supervision
Sometimes you need a different perspective…
Understanding work situations and finding clarity within them isn’t always easy—especially when you’re in the middle of it. Supervision is a process of professional development that takes place in a safe and structured space, where you can reflect on your work experiences, analyze challenges, and discover new perspectives and solutions. It’s a supportive and reflective dialogue that helps you better understand your role, workplace relationships, and make more conscious and effective professional decisions.
Let’s overcome your professional challenges together
How can supervision support your work and development?
Professional development and well-being at work
Supervision helps you understand how to grow in your profession, taking into account both your professional skills and emotional state. We work through personal challenges and strengths to support your work and development in the psychosocial field.
Emotional fatigue and stress management
Working with socially vulnerable groups often brings stress and emotional strain. Supervision provides support in identifying signs of fatigue, preventing burnout, and developing strategies to manage stress effectively.
Conflict resolution and difficult workplace relationships
Challenging relationships with colleagues or clients can arise in any field. Supervision focuses on finding ways to resolve conflicts and support functional teamwork, particularly in the context of psychosocial service work.
Compassion fatigue and maintaining balance
It’s important to find a balance between empathy and professionalism to avoid compassion fatigue. In supervision, we discuss how to provide supportive care while maintaining objectivity and professional boundaries, helping prevent emotional exhaustion that can affect the quality of work and client relationships.
Setting boundaries in professional work
Setting boundaries is a key part of any professional relationship. Supervision helps you explore how to establish and maintain work boundaries with clients and colleagues, ensuring both professionalism and safety.
Reflective practice and continuous self-development
Supervision helps you reflect on your work by analyzing methods, decisions, and actions. We explore how to learn from experience and continuously grow your professional skills to offer the best possible service to clients.
LET’S GET ACQUAINTED
How I work and what to expect from our conversations
In supervision, you are welcome just as you are. Our collaboration takes place in a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly reflect on your professional experiences, doubts, and feelings. I believe that professional growth begins with awareness—when you can look at yourself and your work openly and honestly.
I work as a supervisor in the psychosocial field and am training to become a Gestalt therapist. This holistic and presence-centered approach supports deeper understanding and reflection. In supervision, I use an integrative approach—combining Gestalt therapy principles, systemic thinking, and, when appropriate, visual tools like metaphor cards or art therapy. All of this helps you better understand your professional role, discover new perspectives, and strengthen awareness and balance in your work.
